Can I see samples of different paper types and formats?

Yes, we’re happy to provide samples and discuss options for different paper types.

What file types can you use?

We can work from most popular file types including pdf, jpg, png, ai, indd and several others.

A PDF (portable document format) is the ideal file format for printing.

Do images have to be a certain quality?

Any images you want to print need to be of sufficient size and quality. We’re always very happy to look at an image for you and advise on whether it will work.

Do you have templates for your exhibition systems?

Yes, we can supply templates for all of the exhibition systems we supply.

Can you help with the design and/or layout of my job?

Yes, we offer a professional design service at a very competitive rate. Please contact us to discuss further

Do you provide a proof for me to approve?

Yes, we will always send final artwork to you for approval.

Do you have standard settings, such as bleed size for jobs?

We can supply settings such as bleed size so you can set up your artwork correctly, but generally, for leaflets and brochures we require 3mm bleed and for posters and exhibition stands we require 5mm bleed.

What if my order isn’t a standard size?

Don’t worry, we will be able to trim your job to size.

What if I would like a special finish to my business cards or brochures?

We can produce special finishes such as spot UV, die-cutting, embossing and much more. Just speak to us about what you would like and we will be happy to discuss and advise.

How long will my job take to print?

This depends on the specific job. We will always provide you with realistic deadlines when you place your order. If you need a quicker turnaround, we may be able to help, however, we do not cut corners to rush jobs through.

Can you arrange delivery for my finished printing?

Yes, we can send your printed items to you. In most cases orders over £100 are eligible for free delivery. However, please do check with us as there are some exceptions. We’re also happy for you to pop in and collect your printed items.

What is digital printing?

With digital printing your job will go direct to print from a computer file, making it a fast and cost effective process especially for small print runs.

Do you keep a copy of my job in case I want to re-order in the future?

We store finished jobs on our server for 6 months so we can usually reprint your order without any problems at all. If you know you are going to need more copies in the future we will always archive your files.

Can I upload my files to your website?

Yes. If you visit our artwork upload page that has more details on how to get your artwork to us.

Do you charge VAT on printed material?

Some printed materials are zero rated such as booklets, brochures, leaflets and journals. We can advise you on items that do include VAT.
